Read law at the University of Malaya under a scholarship from Tan Sri Lee Loy Seng Foundation. She undergone her pupillage in the chamber of Mr. Gan Khoo Ghee (LL.B (Hons) Malaya) of Messrs. Gan, Ho & Razlan Hadri and was called to the Malaysian  Bar at Kuala Lumpur High Court on 7th March 2002.

Thereafter, she joined as a legal assistant in Messrs Meng Wai & Associates from 2nd April 2002 till 30th September 2002 and in Messrs Cheong Yee & Partners  from  1st October 2002 till 30th April 2006. She was a partner in Messrs KM Lim, Joyce Lau & Partners from 2/5/2006 untill 31/12/2008 and now a partner of our firm.

She is doing, conveyancing and corporate matters and also  some general litigation. She specialises in, among others, conventional Sale and Purchase Agreement, Joint-Venture Agreement, Housing Loan Documentation, Business Loan Documentation etc, and also  banking litigation, commercial litigation, debt collection, divorce in family law, probate matters etc.

She has experience in banking loan documentations (retail banking – end financing) for among others, the following banks: Public Bank Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Malaysia Building Society Berhad, EON Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Bhd, Malayan Banking Bhd, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Southern Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd  and other financial institutions.
